The solution to your side dish dilemma is to incorporate this Roasted Cauliflower recipe into your menu rotation! It is truly one of the easiest dishes to prepare and by roasting, not steaming or boiling, the cauliflower’s flavour is super intensified!

After cleaning and breaking apart your cauliflower, simply add the garlic, thyme and season with salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle with olive oil and toss. Roast on a baking sheet and remember to line it with foil or parchment paper to make clean up so easy! Within minutes, you will serve flavourful, tenderly cooked cauliflower and everyone will wonder how you managed to make it taste so amazing!

Ingredients
  • 1 head cauliflower cut up
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
  2. Place cauliflower in a large bowl and season with thyme, garlic, salt and pepper.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat completely.
  4. Line a baking sheet with foil and add the cauliflower.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
  6. Add parmesan cheese and return to oven for 5 minutes more.
