- 10.5 oz can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/3 cup milk
- 16 oz frozen broccoli cuts defrosted and drained
- 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- 1/2 cup cracker crumbs
- 1 tablespoon butter melted
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Combine all ingredients except topping in a 1.5qt casserole dish.
- Combine topping mixture in a small bowl and sprinkle over casserole.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Rest 5 minutes before serving.
