Leftover Cheesy Bread

Keep leftover cheesy garlic bread in a zippered bag at room temperature for about four days. Reheat in the oven wrapped in foil at 350°F for about 10 minutes, or in the air fryer preheated to 350°F for about 5 minutes.

Leftovers can also be made into croutons! Simply cut into cubes and bake at 350°F until crispy!

Leftover cheesy bread spread will keep in the refrigerator for about a month. Top baked potatoes, season veggies, or let some melt over a steak.

Best Cheesy Bread Recipe

This homemade cheesy bread recipe makes an ooey and gooey treat that everyone will love.

Ingredients  

  • 1 loaf french bread or 6 rolls
  • 2 ounces cream cheese softened
  • ¼ cup butter softened
  • 4 ounces cheddar cheese shredded
  • 2 ounces parmesan cheese grated
  • 4 ounces mozzarella cheese shredded
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon parsley optional

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • In a medium bowl, blend cream cheese and butter with a hand mixer until fluffy.
  • Add cheese and garlic powder (and parsley if using) and mix well.
  • Spread cheese mixture over french bread or rolls and place on a pan.
  • Bake 12-15 minutes or until cheese is melted and lightly browned. Broil 1 minute if desired.
