How to Make Pizza Pull Apart Bread

Pull Apart Pizza Bread

- 2 rolls biscuit dough 16.3 oz each
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 ounces pepperoni roughly chopped or quartered
- 2 ½ cups mozzarella cheese
- ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ cup pizza sauce for dipping, optional
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350℉. Grease a bundt pan.
- In a small bowl, place biscuits that have been cut into quarters. Toss them with olive oil.
- In a large bowl, combine pepperoni, mozzarella, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Mix well.
- Add biscuits to pepperoni mixture and toss to coat all sides of the biscuits.
- Distribute biscuit mixture evenly in prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes until top is browned.
- Turn out onto a large plate and serve warm with pizza sauce for dipping.
Notes
- Use a casserole dish or loaf pan if you do not have a bundt pan.
- Line your pan with parchment or foil for easy clean up.
- Cook toppings that tend to be a bit watery, such as mushrooms, before adding to the bread mixture.
- Refrigerate any leftovers for 3 days and reheat portions in the microwave.
