I have to thank my dad for making me these Smothered Pork Chops. They were sooo delicious and the recipe can be made even easier by just taking stovetop stuffing and using that instead of homemade stuffing (but the homemade stuffing is super yummy!!) The best part of this is that it’s so delicious and so easy to throw together and bake!! This is one of my most favorite recipes and I hope you love it too! Please come back and let me know how you liked it!

Made this and it’s amazing!! Instead of the recommended Stove Top or the three day old bread cubes, I used a bag of croutons (Garlic & Cheese). Can’t wait to try this again with different crouton flavors.
