Buffalo Ranch Chicken Dip Recipe

Creamy buffalo chicken dip is a party favorite!

Ingredients  

  • 8 ounce cream cheese softened
  • cup mayonnaise
  • cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 package ranch seasoning about 2 Tablespoons
  • 2 tablespoons bacon bits pre-made
  • cups cooked and shredded chicken*
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese divided

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Blend cream cheese with a mixer until smooth. Add mayo, hot sauce, and ranch seasoning, and mix to combine.
  • Stir in bacon bits, chicken, and ½ cup cheddar cheese. Mix well.
  • Pour into baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Notes

*If preparing chicken homemade, be sure chicken is cooked to a safe internal temperature of 165°F.
  • Use softened cream cheese for easier mixing.
  • Prep ahead of time, cover, and refrigerate. Before heating, top with cheddar cheese, then bake.
