Leftover Pasta

Boursin Cheese Pasta

Make Boursin pasta with simple, tasty ingredients and in just under 30 minutes!

  • 12 ounces medium pasta any shape
  • 5.2 ounces Boursin cheese herb and garlic flavor
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup frozen peas thawed*
  • 2 roma tomatoes diced
  • fresh basil and parmesan cheese for garnish, optional


  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, add pasta and cook al dente (firm). Reserve ½ cup pasta water, drain the remaining water and set pasta aside in a bowl. Do not rinse pasta.
  • In the same pot, melt Boursin cheese over medium heat. Add chicken broth and milk, whisk together and simmer 2-3 minutes.
  • Add peas, tomatoes, 2 tablespoons pasta water, and hot pasta. Simmer 1 minute more. Add more pasta water if sauce becomes too thick.
  • Garnish with parmesan cheese and fresh basil if desired.
