This homemade meatball recipe is made with simple ingredients and quick and easy preparation!
Prep Time 20 minutes
Cook Time 15 minutes
Total Time 35 minutes

Ingredients  

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup bread crumbs
  • ¼ onion minced
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon oregano

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until well mixed.
  • Form into 1 inch round meatballs and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes.

Notes

  • Serving size is approximately 5 meatballs.
  • Beef should always be cooked to a safe internal temperature of 160°F.
  • To make more dense meatballs, use the flat paddle on the stand mixer.
