Just 3 Ingredients!
Ravioli – Fresh or frozen spinach ravioli are used in this recipe, but feel free to use any kind of ravioli you want. If assembling with frozen ravioli, add a few minutes to the cooking time.
Sauce – Use your favorite tomato-based pasta or marinara sauce, or mix it up and use a jar of Alfredo sauce! Got extra time? Make homemade Alfredo! Add extra flavor to pasta sauce with fresh garlic, basil, or oregano and a sprinkle of red pepper flakes for a little heat!
Cheese – Mozzarella cheese is more budget-friendly than ricotta, but for extra creaminess, you can add in a little bit of ricotta or even sour cream.
Variations – Sneak in some extra veg for picky eaters! Why not layer thin slices of zucchini, eggplant, mushrooms, or even a bag of chopped spinach? This recipe is also great for adding leftovers like ground beef or sausage, too!
