How Long To Fry Them

Fried cheese tortellini has a quick turnaround time! Be sure to fry in small batches because you do not want them to stick together. If the oil is 350˚F, fry for only two or three minutes. Look for a uniform, crispy, light gold color before scooping them out with a slotted spoon.

Reheating Fried Tortellini

It’s easy to reheat fried tortellini!

  • Simply place a little bit of oil in a saute pan and toss a few in at a time to make them crispy again, about 5 minutes.
  • Microwaving works as well but they won’t be as crispy. It will only take a few seconds in the microwave, and watch to be sure they do not become hard.
  • For baked tortellini, place them in a single layer on a sheet pan and reheat at 350˚F for about 10 minutes. Don’t over bake them or they will split apart and the cheese will spill out.
  • Reheat the marinara sauce, heat the toasted tortellini and you’ve got a whole new meal again!
