Cheesy Chicken Vegetable Casserole
- 4 cups cooked chicken cubed
- 4 pieces bacon diced
- 2 cups cauliflower
- 2 cups broccoli
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add cauliflower. Cook for 3 minutes and add broccoli to the pot and cook for 2 more minutes. Drain well and set aside.
