Ingredients for Cheeseburger Pasta

- Ground Beef: Use lean ground beef for the best flavor without making the sauce greasy. Drain well before adding the hamburger seasoning.
- Macaroni: Elbow macaroni holds the sauce well and gives this dish a classic mac and cheese feel. Swap it for small shells, rotini, or fusilli that also hold the sauce well.
- Cheese: Cream cheese and cheddar cheese give this recipe its creamy texture. Swap the cheddar for Mozzarella, Monterey Jack, or a cheddar blend for a milder sauce.
- Sauce: A mixture of ketchup, mustard, beef broth, and tomato sauce creates the cheeseburger flavor in this recipe. For a sharper flavor, replace the mustard with Dijon or the ketchup with chili sauce.
