This Creamy Macaroni & Cheese Casserole recipe is my family’s favorite!! It’s super easy to make and is sure to please even your pickiest eaters.

Ingredients
  • 1 lb macaroni noodles uncooked
  • 2 lbs fully cooked ham cubed
  • 2 10 3/4 ounce cans condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter melted
  • 1 cup cracker crumbs
  • 4 cups shredded Colby-Monterey Jack cheese 16 ounces
Instructions
  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. In a large bowl combine the ham, soup, 2 cups of cheese and milk.
  3. Drain pasta; pour over ham mixture and toss to coat.
  4. Transfer to a greased 13 x 9-in. baking dish.
  5. Top with crushed crackers.
  6. Drizzle butter on crushed crackers.
  7. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
  8. Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes or until heated through.

  2. I tried this recipe with Cream of Broccoli soup and fresh broccoli instead of ham. Very yummy!

  3. How many does this serve?

  4. I made this for my family they loved it. I think though I am going to use cream of celery soup next time to see if it has a better flavor. I am also going to add broccoli to it. Its a great way to get my kids to eat more veggies.

  5. This looks to have some sort of topping (maybe ritz?) and also pepper in the seasoning, am I wrong?

  7. wow that looks so good and I am gonna try it only with whole wheat pasta because I am diabetic. I was so surprised when I made regular mac& cheese with whole wheat, it was great. whole wheat anything is a new spin on old favs. Remember when cooking for diabetics colors are always better for u than whites. in fact not ony better for diabetics but everyone try it I think u will like it!
