You will not be able to resist the warm delicious taste of this Sausage, Egg and Cheese Breakfast Sandwich. It is put together using soft Hawaiian rolls and layered with scrambled eggs, ground sausage and cheese. You won’t go wrong with this hearty breakfast – it is the perfect way to start your day!

Breakfast is supposed to be the most important meal of the day, so start it off right with these simple and absolutely delicious breakfast sandwiches. How To Make A Breakfast Sandwich

  1. Preheat oven to 350˚F. Line a 9×13 baking dish with parchment paper and set aside. Slice rolls in half and place the bottom half into the prepared baking dish.
  2. In a large skillet scramble eggs and place on top of rolls in baking dish.

  3. Using fully cooked ground sausage, layer over the top of scrambled eggs, then top with six slices of pepper jack cheese and the top portion of the rolls.
  4. Melt butter in a microwave safe dish and mix with maple syrup.  Pour over the top of rolls and place in the oven to bake for 15 minutes.
