These Home Fries need only a few simple ingredients and a cook time of 30 minutes in the air fryer!

Ingredients  

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 ½ pounds potatoes diced
  • ½ teaspoon seasoned salt
  • ½ onion chopped
  • ½ cup red or green bell pepper chopped
  • ½ cup ham chopped
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter

Instructions 

  • Cut potatoes ½" chunks.
  • Toss potatoes with olive oil and seasoned salt.
  • Add to the air fryer basket and cook at 380°F for 15 minutes.
  • Toss onion, bell pepper, and ham with melted butter. Add to the air fryer and shake with the potatoes. Reduce heat to 340°F.
  • Cook 15 minutes more or tender.
  • Serve with eggs if desired.
