  1. Cut potatoes and toss with olive oil and salt.
  2. Cook for according to recipe in the air fryer.
  3. Toss remaining ingredients with butter, add to the potatoes then cook until tender.

These Home Fries need only a few simple ingredients and a cook time of 30 minutes in the air fryer!

Cook Time 30 minutes
Total Time 35 minutes

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 ½ pounds potatoes diced
  • ½ teaspoon seasoned salt
  • ½ onion chopped
  • ½ cup red or green bell pepper chopped
  • ½ cup ham chopped
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter


  • Cut potatoes ½" chunks.
  • Toss potatoes with olive oil and seasoned salt.
  • Add to the air fryer basket and cook at 380°F for 15 minutes.
  • Toss onion, bell pepper, and ham with melted butter. Add to the air fryer and shake with the potatoes. Reduce heat to 340°F.
  • Cook 15 minutes more or tender.
  • Serve with eggs if desired.
