What’s in Canned Corned Beef Hash?

Corned Beef: Canned corned beef is easy to find and affordable. You can also use deli corned beef, diced ham, or bacon crumbles. Not a fan of corned beef? Use pre-made hamburger patties instead.

Vegetables: Pre-cut frozen peppers, onions, and potatoes save so much time, and you can use the leftovers in a taco shepherd’s pie or a cozy hamburger soup.

Eggs: Bake, poach, or fry the eggs and add them to the top of the finished dish.

Variations: Use leftover potatoes, hash browns, or sweet potatoes. Bulk up the dish for dinner and add a bag of mixed veggies, mushrooms, zucchini, or corn. Zest up the flavors a little more with a few splashes of Tabasco, chopped green chiles, or jalapenos.
