The texture is amazing with just a bit of crunch to it and the hubs and I both loved the flavor of it, especially the honey roast flavor!! My favorite part about this is that it has no artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives!

You can see from that picture how amazing the texture is!! You know how crunchy peanut butter tears the bread when you go to make a sandwich? Not with this amazingness!! I knew it would be perfect for this recipe I have been wanting to make so I grabbed a few jars and set to work! These easy, no bake peanut butter oatmeal bars are delicious, healthy, and prepared super quickly!
  • 1 15 ounce jar Peter Pan Simply Ground peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 cups oatmeal
  1. In a microwaveable bowl, add peanut butter and honey.
  2. Microwave for 30 seconds, then stir.
  3. Microwave for another 30 seconds and stir again.
  4. Add oatmeal and stir until mixed.
  5. Spread peanut butter mixture into a greased 8 x 8 pan.
  6. Chill for an hour before cutting and serving.
  7. Enjoy!

    I have made the chocolate ones in past. When you say oatmeal are you meaning the dry oats or cooked oatmeal? It makes a big difference in how they turn out. I had a friend use cooked ones and I told her I used the dry. Mine worked, hers didn’t. Thank you!
