No Bake Peanut Butter Oatmeal Bars recipe

Last week I was in Walmart and I saw an in-store demo for Peter Pan Simply Ground peanut butter. Have you heard of it? It’s not crunchy, and it’s not smooth, it’s like freshly ground peanut butter!! The texture is amazing with just a bit of crunch to it and the hubs and I both loved the flavor of it, especially the honey roast flavor!! My favorite part about this is that it has no artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives!
You can see from that picture how amazing the texture is!! You know how crunchy peanut butter tears the bread when you go to make a sandwich? Not with this amazingness!! I knew it would be perfect for this recipe I have been wanting to make so I grabbed a few jars and set to work! Now that you have the peanut butter, you must try this recipe! These No Bake Peanut Butter Oatmeal Bars are such a delicious treat and everyone in my family loved them! When you’re looking for something delicious and easy, this is the perfect treat for you! The best part is that the Simply Ground peanut butter gives these such an amazing texture with a bit of a crunch, it’s wonderful!!
- 1 (15 oz) jar of Peter Pan Simply Ground peanut butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 cups oatmeal
In a microwaveable bowl, add peanut butter and honey.
Microwave for 30 seconds, then stir.
Microwave for another 30 seconds and stir again.
Add oatmeal and stir until mixed.
Spread peanut butter mixture into a greased 8 x 8 pan.
Chill for an hour before cutting and serving.
This recipe is one that is so easy and delicious that the kids can even make it for themselves! It’s one of my favorite treats!!
