No-Bake Snickers Pie
- Easy no bake wonder! Just mix, scoop, and set! Snickers pie can be made up to a week in advance and frozen until ready to serve as it will defrost within 20 minutes.
- This dessert is so quick to make and a serious upgrade from the Burger King drive-through version!
- Make ahead and freeze for the next time a grab-and-go offering is needed for a party or potluck!
Ingredients for Snickers Pie
Crust – Graham cracker crusts are uber-versatile! Buy one or make one and freeze any extra crumbs to top the pie or future desserts like cheesecake, or apple crisp! Other tasty pie crust ideas are using crushed Nilla wafers, Nutter Butter, or Oreo cookies.
Filling – For the best flavor, go for full-fat cream cheese and the variety of peanut butter that is not labeled ‘all-natural’ which has the oil that floats on the top. This ensures the filling is light and creamy and won’t separate.
Toppings – A drizzle of caramel syrup or fudge sauce makes Snickers pie insta-worthy for sure! A squirt of whipped cream or a dollop of Cool Whip also adds to the presentation. Lots of chopped peanuts on top adds extra crunch!
Variations – Make a caramel apple version with sliced green apples, or go for strawberries or blueberries to garnish the top!
How to Make Snickers Pie
- Combine cream cheese and peanut butter until fluffy (as per recipe below). Blend in powdered sugar.
- Beat heavy cream until stiff peak stage.
- Gently fold whipped cream and 1 cup of chopped Snickers bars into the peanut butter mixture.
- Spread the pie filling into the graham cracker crust and chill for 2 hours or overnight.
- Garnish with remaining Snickers bars pieces and a drizzle of caramel sauce before serving.
Tips for the Best Snickers Pie
- Start with room temperature cream cheese which is softened enough so it blends quickly and smoothly.
- Whisk the powdered sugar before measuring it, because, like flour, if you scoop directly from the bag, you’ll get too much.
Storing Snickers Pie
Keep leftover Snickers pie covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Freeze portions in freezer-safe containers for up to one month.

I’m not a cream cheese lover – or any kind of cheese or sour cream… is there anything you can think of that I can substitute for the cream cheese or can I just leave it out?
This pie reminds me a lot of the snicker salad we make for family gatherings, but the cool whip mixed with the apples and snickers usually won’t keep more than a few hours past the meal.
