This Loaded Mashed Potato Casserole is so yummy! It's easy to throw together and is a great one to serve for holidays like Thanksgiving, or a great recipe to use up your leftovers from the holidays! You'll love how fast it is to make and your family will love how tasty it is!

Ingredients
  • 6 cups mashed potatoes
  • 4 tablespoon butter softened
  • 1/2 pound bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • sour cream for garnish
  • chives for garnish
Instructions
  1. Mix mashed potatoes, butter, half of the crumbled bacon and half of the cheese.
  2. Put potato mixture into a greased baking dish and top with remaining cheese and bacon.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  4. Garnish with sour cream and chives
