Do you ever have those impromptu get together nights with your friends? Nights that maybe you didn’t plan but you always seem to have the most fun? I find that those unplanned evenings are my favorite memories!! Summer is probably my favorite time to get together with friends, and ironically, my friend Summer is also one of my favorites to hang out with!!

A couple of my best friends came over the other night for a few drinks and it was quite unplanned. We decided to get creative with what I had on hand and have a little competition to see who could create the best drink!! Lucky for them, I had been in Goodyear at our local Safeway and had seen Malibu® rum on sale and grabbed some. I also had some Squirt® and a few different juices in the fridge. I mean really….you can’t beat the prices I found on them!

My friends and I had so much fun coming up with different combinations of things mixed with Malibu®. I had both the coconut and pineapple variety so we made a lot of different things! My favorite was Summer’s choice, hence the name “Summer’s Sassy Lemonade”.  This drink was amazing and it’s super pretty!! I think you’re really going to like it!!

The get together was so fun, and the drinks were delicious! They’re the most beautiful color pink, you can’t even believe it!! This a perfect drink for girls’ night!!
