Bacon wrapped green beans are an easy side dish with crispy bacon, tender green beans, and a sweet maple syrup finish. They’re simple to make and always disappear fast.

Holly’s Recipe Highlights
- Flavor: Salty, smoky bacon meets bright green beans, finished with a quick maple syrup drizzle for the perfect sweet-savory shine.
- Recommended Tools: A rimmed baking sheet, heavy-duty foil, and toothpicks if needed to secure the bundles.
- Serving Suggestions: These green bean bundles are great as a side dish or party appetizer. Serve with holiday mains like ham or turkey.

Ingredients for Bacon Wrapped Green Beans
- Green Beans: Frozen whole green beans are an easy shortcut and can be used straight from the freezer, no thawing needed. They stay tender while the bacon cooks.
- Bacon: Use regular-cut bacon for the best texture. It wraps easily and crisps up better than thick-cut in this bake time.
- Sweetness: Maple syrup adds a sweet-savory finish. You can substitute it with brown sugar if needed.
- Variations: Add a pinch of chili flakes or cayenne for a sweet-spicy twist.

Bacon Bean Bundles Made Easy
- Assemble beans in bundles and wrap with bacon (full recipe below).
- Place seam side down on a foil-lined baking sheet and secure with toothpicks if necessary.
- Drizzle with maple syrup and bake until the bacon is cooked.
- Broil briefly, flip, and broil again for extra-crisp bacon.

Holly’s Tips for Crispy Bacon
- Best Bundles: Keep bundles small and consistent so they finish at the same time.
- Perfect Wrap: If bacon ends pop loose, place seam-side down and don’t overcrowd the pan.
- Perfect Cook: Maple syrup can burn under broil, so broil after baking and watch closely.
- Make Ahead: Assemble bundles up to 24 hours early, cover, refrigerate, then bake when needed.
