Bacon Wrapped Green Beans
Bacon wrapped green beans are a sweet-salty side made with frozen green beans, crisp bacon, and a quick maple drizzle. Perfect for holidays or easy weeknights.

bacon

frozen green beans
whole

tablespoons
maple syrup
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil.
Cut the bacon strips in half.
Place a small bundle of green beans (about 5 to 6 beans) on each bacon half and roll the bundle. Secure with a toothpick if desired.
Add the bundle, seam side down, to the prepared baking sheet. Repeat with the remaining bacon and beans.
Drizzle the maple syrup over the bacon. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Bake until the bacon is cooked, about 18 to 22 minutes.
If desired, broil 2 minutes, flip the bundles and broil 2 minutes more.
Notes
The green beans do not need to be thawed first.
Replace the maple syrup with brown sugar if desired.
Keep leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days and in the freezer for 2 months.
