VARIATIONS: Add some shredded coconut to the filling. These balls would also taste so good and look impressive dipped in some melted chocolate melts. Dip and then put them in the freezer for 30 minutes. They could also be dipped in some melted Nutella or white chocolate. Or try sprinkling the still soft melted chocolate with sprinkles, shredded coconut, chopped nuts, or other fun toppings!
How to Make Cookie Dough Balls
It will be hard to wait for these to set in the freezer!
- Cook the flour in the oven for 5 minutes.
- Cream butter, vanilla, and sugar together.

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Balls recipe
Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour*
- ½ cup butter room temperature
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 3 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¾ cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment or wax paper.
- Add butter, vanilla, and sugar to a medium-sized bowl and blend until creamed.
- Once blended, slowly add in flour and mix until all ingredients are combined. Stir in chocolate chips.
- Roll mixture into one-inch balls and place on the prepared pan. Place pan in the fridge to chill for 30 minutes to an hour before serving.
