Blueberry Cheesecake Cookies recipe

Ingredients
- 14 oz Blueberry Muffin mix
- ⅓ cup flour
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 oz cream cheese
- ¼ cup butter softened
- ¼ cup light brown sugar firmly packed
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Cream together shortening, cream cheese, and brown sugar. Slowly mix in the egg until fully incorperated.
- Combine all dry ingredients together in a small bowl and stir into the wet mixture
- Stir in white chocolate chips and chill for 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 325°F and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- Scoop a tablespoon amount onto the tray and bake for 13-15 minutes.
