3 Cheese Lasagna Roll-Ups recipe

Making these lasagna rolls is so easy, perfect for when company's coming over or for batch cooking!
- 16 oz ricotta cheese or cottage cheese
- ½ cup parmesan cheese grated
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella divided
- 8 lasagna noodles cooked al dente
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 28 oz spaghetti sauce
- ½ cup heavy cream optional
Combine spaghetti sauce and heavy cream in a bowl. Pour half of it into a 2.5 qt baking dish.
Combine ricotta cheese, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, eggs, garlic salt and black pepper to taste. Mix well.
Lay out the noodles on a flat surface. Divide cheese mixture over the noodles and spread it leaving, leaving about 1 inch at each end.
Roll and place seam side down in the baking dish. Top with remaining sauce
Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of shredded mozzarella on top.
Bake at 350˚F for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is slightly browned and bubbly.
