3 Cheese Lasagna Roll-Ups recipe

Making these lasagna rolls is so easy, perfect for when company's coming over or for batch cooking!


  • 16 oz ricotta cheese or cottage cheese
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella divided
  • 8 lasagna noodles cooked al dente
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 28 oz spaghetti sauce
  • ½ cup heavy cream optional


  • Combine spaghetti sauce and heavy cream in a bowl. Pour half of it into a 2.5 qt baking dish.
  • Combine ricotta cheese, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, eggs, garlic salt and black pepper to taste. Mix well.
  • Lay out the noodles on a flat surface. Divide cheese mixture over the noodles and spread it leaving, leaving about 1 inch at each end.
  • Roll and place seam side down in the baking dish. Top with remaining sauce
  • Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of shredded mozzarella on top.
  • Bake at 350˚F for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is slightly browned and bubbly.
