Ingredients

stove top stuffing
any flavor

tablespoons
butter
1½
cups
water

tablespoon
vegetable oil
to grease the waffle iron

eggs
gravy for serving

Instructions
Using the stuffing mix, butter and water, prepare stuffing according to package directions. Cool.
While stuffing is cooling, preheat a waffle iron.
Mix eggs into the cooled stuffing.
Brush the waffle iron with vegetable oil and place ½ cup into each waffle space and gently press.
Close the waffle iron and cook 5 minutes or until browned.
While the waffle is cooking, heat the gravy. Serve waffles with gravy and garnish with parsley if desired.
Notes
