garlic powder

root beer

barbecue sauce
Instructions
Place chicken in the bottom of a 6QT crock pot. Sprinkle the garlic powder, salt, and pepper over the chicken. Pour in root beer and barbecue sauce.
Cook on HIGH for 3-4 hours or LOW for 6-8 hours, or until chicken reaches 165℉.
Remove chicken from crockpot. Shred the chicken and return to sauce to cook for another 30 minutes.
Notes
Leftovers will keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 4 days and in the freezer for 1 month.
