Preheat oven to 350℉. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl whisk eggs together with salt and pepper to taste. Add eggs to a small nonstick skillet and scramble over medium-low heat until fully cooked.
Roll out crescent dough and seperate into triangles. On the wide end of each triangle layer half a cheese slice, scrambled eggs, and a sausage.
Wrap dough around the filling to create a crescent shape. Repeat for all. Place on prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 19-22 minutes or until golden and baked through.
Notes
Refrigerate leftovers for 3-4 days. Reheat in the air fryer or in the microwave.
