Ingredients
½
pound
sausage
, or ground beef

ounces
cream cheese
, cubed
1
(10 ounce can)
canned diced tomatoes with chilies
such as Rotel, undrained
Optional Add Ins:
1
cup
sharp cheddar
3
tablespoons
finely diced jalapenos
3
slices
bacon
cooked and crumbled
¼
cup
chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions
In a large skillet, cook sausage until no pink remains. Drain fat.
In a small slow cooker, combine meat, cream cheese, and Rotel tomatoes with juice.
Cook on low 2 hours stirring occasionally. Stir in add-ins of choice.
Serve warm.
Notes

Serve with tortilla or corn chips.
Keep leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 4 days and in the freezer for 3 months.
