frozen hash browns

melted butter

(10.5 ounce can)
condensed cream of chicken soup

sour cream

onion
diced

shredded cheddar cheese
divided
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray an
9 x 13-inch baking dish
with cooking spray.
In a large bowl combine hash browns, melted butter, condensed soup, sour cream, onion, 1 ½ cups cheese, salt, and pepper to taste.
Add mixture to the baking dish.
Top with remaining ½ cup of cheddar cheese.
Bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
