cream cheese
room temperature

sour cream

teaspoon
dried oregano
¼
teaspoon
garlic powder
salt and black pepper

shredded mozzarella cheese
divided

cup
pizza toppings
as desired, divided

tablespoons
pizza sauce
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F.
In a mixing bowl, add cream cheese, sour cream, oregano, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Use a hand blender to mix until smooth.
Stir in half of the mozzarella cheese and half of the pizza toppings.
Spread into a small baking dish. Top with pizza sauce, remaining mozzarella, and remaining toppings.
Bake for 20 minutes or until slightly browned and bubbly.
Serve with tortilla chips or crusty bread.

Warm cream cheese slightly, or leave it out for 30 minutes so that it is soft enough to mix easily.
Blend the cream cheese and sour cream well, so it is creamy smooth.
Broil the dip for a few minutes after baking for an extra crisp topping.
Refrigerate leftovers in a covered container for 2-3 days.
Reheat in the microwave, or covered with foil in the oven.
