Ingredients
2tubes of crescent roll dough
4tablespoonsunsalted buttermelted
2teaspoonsminced garlic
1-1/2cupsshredded mozzarella cheese
1-1/2cupsshredded cheddar cheese
grated parmesan cheesefor garnishing
chopped fresh parsleyfor garnshing, optional
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large bowl combine mozzarella and cheddar cheese and set aside. In a small bowl melt butter and combine with garlic and set aside.
Place tube of dough on parchment paper and roll out. Pinch seems together and add half of the cheese mixture on top.
Roll out the remaining dough, pinch the seems together and lay over the top of the cheese. Pinch the sides together to seal the edges and brush with garlic butter over the top and along side the dough. Top with remaining cheese and bake for 15 to 18 minutes until cheese is bubbling.
Remove from oven and cut into 1-1/2 inch slices, garnish with parmesan cheese and fresh chopped parsley.
