egg noodles
dry and uncooked

cup
salted butter

medium
onion
diced

cloves
garlic

coleslaw mix

salt
more or less to taste

black pepper
more or less to taste
Instructions
Cook noodles according to package directions, drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, cook the onion in butter over medium heat until tender, about 4 minutes. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute more.
Add the coleslaw mix and cook until tender, about 7-9 minutes.
Stir in the noodles and cook for 2-3 minutes or until heated through. Season with salt & pepper.
Notes
Diced ham, crisp bacon, sliced kielbasa, or crumbled sausage are great additions to this recipe.
Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to four days.
Freeze leftover portions in zippered bags for up to four weeks.
Reheat leftovers on the stove top or in a covered casserole dish in the oven.
