loaf
french bread
or 6 rolls

ounces
cream cheese
softened
¼
cup
butter
softened
4
ounces
cheddar cheese
shredded
2
ounces
parmesan cheese
grated
4
ounces
mozzarella cheese
shredded
½
teaspoon
garlic powder
1
teaspoon
chopped fresh parsley
optional
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
In a medium bowl, blend cream cheese and butter with a hand mixer until fluffy.
Add cheese and garlic powder (and parsley if using) and mix well.
Spread cheese mixture over french bread or rolls and place on a pan.
Bake 12-15 minutes or until cheese is melted and lightly browned. Broil 1 minute if desired.
Notes
Store leftovers in a zippered bag at room temperature for up to 4 days.
Heat in the oven wrapped in foil at 350°F for about 10 minutes.
Refrigerate leftover cheesy bread spread for about a month. Use it to top baked potatoes or add to sandwiches or wraps.
