Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking tray with parchment.
Roll out pizza crust to an 11" x 14" rectangle.
Spread pizza sauce evenly over the crust, leaving one inch all the way around and 2-3" at the long side..
Spread cheese over the sauce and top with a layer of pepperoni.
Started from the long side closest to you, roll up as tightly as possible, and try not to push out the toppings while rolling.
Place the roll seam-side down on the prepared baking tray. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
Let rest 10 minutes before slicing. Serve favorite dipping sauces on the side.

Leftovers will keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Pizza roll ups are great for freezing. Wrap individually for a grab and go treat, or place them in an airtight container. These will keep in the freezer for 3 months.
