Add butter, vanilla, and sugar to a medium-sized bowl and blend until creamed.
Once blended, slowly add in flour and mix until all ingredients are combined. Stir in chocolate chips.
Roll mixture into one-inch balls and place on the prepared pan. Place pan in the fridge to chill for 30 minutes to an hour before serving.
Notes
*Consuming raw flour can cause food poisoning because it typically has not been treated to kill germs such as E.Coli so we recommend baking it to kill any bacteria. To bake, spread flour on a cookie sheet and bake at 350°F for 5 minutes. Let cool before proceeding with the recipe. Freeze these dough balls for up to one year. When ready to serve, thaw in the refrigerator and enjoy.
