Refried Bean Dip

Ingredients

(16 ounce) can
refried beans
1¾
cups
shredded Mexican cheese blend
divided
½
cup
salsa
⅓
sour cream
1
tablespoon
taco seasoning
pickled jalapenos
and sliced green onions, for garnish, optional
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375℉.
In a large bowl, mix the refried beans,
1
cup of the shredded cheese, salsa, sour cream, and taco seasoning.
Transfer mixture to a 2-quart baking dish. Spread remaining cheese overtop.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until hot and cheese is melted.
Top with pickled jalapenos and sliced green onions if desired.
Notes
Serve with tortilla chips, pita chips, sliced bell peppers, cucumber rounds, or crackers.
