Juicy and moist turkey burgers loaded with flavor and cooked to perfection on the grill!

Ingredients

Turkey Patties

  • 2 pounds ground turkey
  • 6 slices bacon uncooked, diced
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3-1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons onion minced, or 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard

For serving

  • ½ cup barbecue sauce
  • 8 hamburger rolls
  • lettuce
  • tomato
  • pickles
  • cheese

Instructions

  • Combine all of the turkey patty ingredients in a bowl. Mix until combined and form eight 1/2" patties. Using your thumb, create a small indent in the patties.
  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Place patties on a grill mat, brush with barbecue sauce and grill 6-8 minutes per side or until cooked through.
  • Serve on hamburger buns with desired toppings.
