Baked Parmesan Crusted Chicken recipe

Tender chicken in a crispy parmesan panko crust.


  • 4 chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup seasoned bread crumbs
  • 2 ounces cheddar cheese shredded
  • ¼ cup bacon cooked and crumbled


  • In a medium bowl add eggs and garlic powder. Beat with a fork until mixed.
  • Combine parmesan cheese and bread crumbs in a separate dish.
  • Dredge chicken with egg mixture and then in the parmesan mixture to coat.
  • Place on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 400°F for 15 minutes, and then flip.
  • Bake an additional 10-15 minutes or until juices run clear.
  • Top each piece with shredded cheese and broil until melted.
  • Top with bacon crumbles.
