Instructions
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, add pasta and cook al dente (firm). Reserve ½ cup pasta water, drain the remaining water and set pasta aside in a bowl. Do not rinse pasta.
In the same pot, melt Boursin cheese over medium heat. Add chicken broth and milk, whisk together and simmer 2-3 minutes.
Add peas, tomatoes, 2 tablespoons pasta water, and hot pasta. Simmer 1 minute more. Add more pasta water if sauce becomes too thick.
Garnish with parmesan cheese and fresh basil if desired.

Thaw peas quickly by placing in a colander, then drain the pasta over the peas!
