Bisquick Pizza Dough
Make an easy and delicious pizza crust without yeast with this easy pizza dough recipe.

Ingredients
1 ⅓
cup
Bisquick
+ 2 Tablespoons for dusting
⅓
cup
hot water
Pizza toppings
assorted, to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450°F.
Mix water and Bisquick in a bowl until combined. Cover with a towel and let sit for 10 minutes.
Roll out into a circle and place on a 12" pizza tray or a baking sheet.
Top with pizza toppings and bake for 12-15 minutes.
Notes
Nutrition is calculated per slice, and without toppings.
It is normal for the dough to be sticky during the rising stage. Simply sprinkle flour when rolling out.
Refrigerate dough if made in advance. Bring to room temperature before rolling.
Wrap portioned dough balls in plastic and freeze for up to 8 weeks. Thaw, bring to room temperature then roll out as directed.
