Toss pork with seasonings and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Once hot add half of the pork to the pan and cook for 3 minutes without stirring. Stir pork and cook for another 3 minutes until all sides are browned.
Remove pork from the pan and repeat with remaining pork.
Add all pork back to the pan and cook until heated through.
