This delightful strawberry pie recipe captures the sweetness and juiciness of fresh strawberries, and the best part? It's incredibly simple to whip up!
Wash strawberries, pat dry. Cut in half lengthwise and place in a bowl.
Combine cornstarch, strawberry jello, sugar and water in a sauce pan. Bring to a boil and simmer until thickened. Let cool until just about room temperature, about 15-20 minutes.
Pour the jello mixture over the berries and mix well. Fold into prepared pie shell. Position some of the strawberry tips upright if possible for nice presentation!
Refrigerate until set, about 3 hours or overnight.
Serve with whipped cream.
