Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until well mixed.
Form into 1 inch round meatballs and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake for 15-20 minutes.
Notes
Serving size is approximately 5 meatballs.
Beef should always be cooked to a safe internal temperature of 160°F.
To make more dense meatballs, use the flat paddle on the stand mixer.
Use an ice cream scoop for consistently sized meatballs.
