Rice Krispies cereal
Instructions
Grease a 9x13-inch pan.
Combine butter and marshmallows in a large microwave-safe bowl.
Cook on high for 1 minute. Stir. Continue cooking in 30-second increments until melted, stirring each time until smooth. Mix in vanilla.
Add Rice Krispies cereal and stir until well coated.
Press into prepared pan and cool completely.
Notes
Leftovers will keep at room temperature in an airtight container for 1 week.
