shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Place the naan on a large baking sheet.
Divide the pizza sauce over the naan and top each with mozzarella cheese.
Add the pepperoni on top and sprinkle with parmesan cheese and oregano.
Bake for 9 to 12 minutes or until browned and bubbly.
Notes
Leftovers will keep in an airtight container for 3 days and in the freezer for 2 months.
