pineapple rings
or chunks, juice reserved

brown sugar

Dijon mustard
or yellow mustard

soy sauce

Instructions
Heat oven to 400℉.
In a small bowl, whisk together
¼
cup pineapple juice (from the can), brown sugar, Dijon, soy sauce, garlic powder, and pepper.
Place the ham steak in a baking dish. Arrange the pineapple rings on top.
Pour the glaze over the ham and pineapple.
Bake, uncovered, for 20 to 25 minutes, until hot, spooning the glaze over the ham halfway through.
