pineapple rings
or chunks, juice reserved

brown sugar

Dijon mustard
or yellow mustard

Instructions
Heat oven to 400℉.
In a small bowl, whisk together
¼
cup pineapple juice (from the can), brown sugar, Dijon, soy sauce, garlic powder, and pepper.
Place the ham steak in a baking dish. Arrange the pineapple rings on top.
Pour the glaze over the ham and pineapple.
Bake, uncovered, for 20-25 minutes, until hot, spooning the glaze over the ham halfway through.
