cucumbers
thinly sliced

red onion
thinly sliced, optional

sour cream

white vinegar

Instructions
Slice cucumbers and pat dry.
In a large bowl, mix the sour cream, vinegar, sugar, dill, and salt.
Add cucumbers and sliced onions (if using) and toss to coat.
Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
Notes
Red onion is optional, but it adds great contrast to the cucumber.
Use full-fat Greek yogurt in place of sour cream for a tangy, high-protein swap.
