medium carrots

olive oil

garlic powder

kosher salt
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425°F.
Peel the carrots and cut in half (or in quarters if large) lengthwise. Cut into fries.
In a medium bowl, toss together the carrots, olive oil, garlic powder and salt.
Spread the carrots in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
Flip the carrots over and bake for an additional 8 to 10 minutes or until tender and edges are starting to brown.
Notes
This recipe works best with grocery store carrots, garden carrots tend to be a bit softer.
Leftovers will keep in the refrigerator for 4 days.
