Carnitas nachos are layered with crispy tortilla chips, melted cheese, and tender carnitas, then baked until bubbly and topped with favorites like sour cream, salsa, and guacamole.
Preheat oven to 375℉. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or foil (for easy cleanup).
Spread half of the tortilla chips on the baking sheet. Top with half of the cheese and prepared carnitas. Follow with a second layer of tortilla chips, cheese and carnitas.
Bake for 7-10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Add desired toppings and serve immediately.
